We do not believe in any point system. Any core raider is expected to have 100% attendance on a normalized schedule. Because of this we deem a point system is unnecessary.

We handle loot in a sort of loot council fashion that includes /roll 1 100.

Priorities currently are:

Main Spec BiS > Main Spec > Off Spec BiS > Raider > Off Spec > Casual > Trials

Off Spec looting more or less will be open to free rolls to Core and Raiders alike unless a core member claims it as Off Spec BiS.

Core raider's are required to submit their best in slot list for their main spec at the respective forum and thread.

This way, officers can monitor gear progression for the guild as a whole and ensure that no loot is wasted. This list will also be a quick reference for the master looter to hand out loot quickly, and to call for rolls when applicable.

Example: Tier Chestpiece drops.

Bear Tank needs tier chest piece for BiS. Rogue's non tier piece is the chest slot in terms of BiS.

If it was given to the rogue, bear tank would still need it for BiS, Rogue would still need his BiS later. That's 3 total items used. If we were to give it to the bear first, the rogue could have it next time if it were to drop if he still didn't receive his BiS item. That would be a possible of 2 items used instead of a wasted 3rd.

It doesn't make sense to give the rogue an item that's not his BiS even though it's an upgrade when it could go to the Bear tank and that raider would no longer need any upgrades for the chest slot.

We do encourage all members who have specs for different roles, I.E. Pally heals, tank, DPS, to build all their gear for each spec in case we may need you to fulfill that role for any given reason during a raid night or encounter.

With saying that as far as Off Spec BiS rolling, we are all tight knit and friends here. We will go by trust with Off Spec Bis rolling and a list will not be required. If an off spec roll is being initiated. It's up to the raider to specify he is rolling for it as a Best in Slot off spec item.

Most important fact that each individual raider should be aware of is that progression is a guild action, not an individual action. You should not within yourself want to deter progression for your own individual needs.

BoE items will always go to core raiders if it is their BiS for their main spec. As far as off spec BoE items, it will be determined by loot council based on several factors. Is it BiS? Is it a huge upgrade? Does Gbank need buffering?

Loot council may be initiated for any reason whatsoever on any item whatsoever if officership deems it necessary.

Gbank Buffering.

We strive to keep our gbank funds at a comfortable level. Guild repairs are always on for Core Raiders. Funds will also be used to help progress guild achievements for perks, I.E. Cauldrons, or other necessities like flasks, feast mats, etc. Because of this, if funds ever get low for any reason, we may find the requirement to sell a BoE.

All greens and epic items not needed by members will be DE'd and placed into GBANK for core raider's to use for their enchantments.

If the gbank does not currently have something that you require, you are responsible for getting it yourself. Gbank gold will not be withdrawn for anything at a whim. I.E. missing enchant mats or flasks not already made and deposited.

Asking for gbank gold for selfish reasons is also not tolerated. If you find that removing yourself from the guild to be too difficult, asking for gold is a sure way to have it done for you.
