Do you have the essential skill of awareness to consistently stay "out of fire" or go into it if necessary as well as aptitude for gimmick fights, I.E. Mount, vehicle, or taking control of an Avatar Mechanic? Give an example of an encounter that uses a gimmick fight and how you handle it.

We are strictly a 10 man raiding guild, which means we only focus on 10 man raids we do not step foot in 25 mans, can you explain your reasons for applying to a 10 man only guild instead of a 25 man raiding guild and what you aim to get out in this guild?

What Professions do you have and why?

Are you able to keep your gear properly gemmed and enchanted with the latest and best material available? Do you have a problem with coming to the raid properly prepared, I.E. Flasks, potions, food, etc.

Do you have any alts that you'd like to bring over if so please list the Char name, Class and what level?

Where will you see yourself in the next 3 months in real life? Will this affect your raiding Schedule with Game Over?

Our current loot rules is ranked rolls. Core Raider > Raiding Member > Everyone else with possibility of loot council for 'key items'. Our exact loot rules is displayed in our guild rules section of the forum. Do you understand how we distribute loot?

Raid spots are given to those of exceptional skill first. We are a Progression guild first, social guild second. Raiders need to take self accountibility for their own performance and not expect raid spots due to social friendships in the guild, Staying socially active on forums is needed as not knowing any updates about the guild will get you replaced, Do you understand this and know that if you fuck up continuously with poor performance we will replace you (with notice of course) ?

Being in a progression guild means the high possibility of many wipes to get that progression boss killed. Are you capable of the endurance of raiding during progression and relish to fulfillment of finally killing a progression boss?
